KEMET Corporation today announced the expansion of their surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) portfolio with the extension of capacitance values in the X7R dielectric. These extended values are being offered in a 100 volt rating and range from .047 to 1.0 microfarads. They are available in tolerances of J (+-5%), K (+-10%), and M (+-20%). Case sizes include EIA 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210. These components meet the requirements of the Automotive Electronics Council's AEC-Q200-Rev. C and are available in both Commercial and Automotive grades.
